** RESTRICTIONS TO SPECIALS AND PACKAGES**

Specials, Packages and Discounts may be limited to certain room types and/or limit occupancy to 2 persons, unless stated otherwise. If you book a room that is not identified on a restricted room special, management will change your reservation to meet the guidelines of the special. Block out dates may apply. Discounts and Specials are not valid with other discounts and cannot be combined with other promotions. Reservations are based on room availability. No rain checks.

Standard rooms ( rooms #s 4,5,6,7,8,11,12,14,15,16,17,and 18) may only accommodate 2 guests.

Non Standard Rooms are: Room 20 with the Jacuzzi is NOT a standard room. Room 19 may accommodate up to 3 persons. If a 3rd person is added to room #19 on one of our specials, there is an additional fee of $20 per night assessed. Rooms #s 9 and 10 accommodate up to 4 persons.

If you bring a Pet into a pet friendly room, an additional charge of $30 per stay is assessed, unless the Pet is a legitimate service animal.

Golf package restrictions: T-times are after 11am and must be booked by the Front Desk, 72 hours in advance. It is the guest’s responsibility to choose the golf course and to approve the condition of the course. Bayfront Inn is not responsibility for loss or damage of any golf equipment and will be held harmless from any damages when guest is off premises, and guest agrees to same. Guest must be over 21 years of age to partake in the wine tasting. Wine tasting is off premises. 1 meal choice is at Frankie&Lola’s Front Street Café; off premises No substitutions.

Prices quoted do not include occupancy and BID tax, additional retail items, or pet fees.
